I worked with Urban as part of his launch show of 'Urban', for which he interviewed Head Master of Bedford School, James Hodgson. I found Urban's approach to the interview extremely professional, well thought out and managed impeccably. His attention to detail is admirable and he obviously has superb film production skills. He is both a competent and natural interviewer, and had prepared well in advance. I look forward to working with him again and can't wait to see how Youth TV progresses.
About Urban.
I’m Urban Judge, a media professional and creative leader who started my journey in the industry at 13. In 2020, I founded YouthTV to provide young people with a platform to share their voices and ideas, growing it into a hub for meaningful conversations and creativity.
My experience spans content creation, event management, PR, media presenting, and hosting. I’ve hosted podcasts, YouTube shows, and community events, including Goldington’s Got Talent, which I successfully launched. In 2022, I received the Harpur Community Awards – Young Achiever and gained hands-on broadcasting experience as a presenter for Bedford Radio CIC.
I recently completed my studies at Global Academy UTC, achieving a UAL Distinction (equivalent to 3 A*s at A level) and an NCTJ Diploma in Journalism (Pass) in May 2025.
Alongside my work at YouthTV, I assist a Special Needs School Trust as their Media Professional — supporting everything from social media and digital management to event coordination and press management, ensuring communications align with the trust’s vision and values.
Through my social media management consultancy, I also work with businesses to grow their online presence and create effective digital strategies.
As an RSA Fellow, I’m committed to using creativity and media to make a positive social impact — and I welcome new opportunities to collaborate and innovate.

Urban Judge is the Founder and Group CEO of YouthTV based in Bedfordshire, providing content for the local area and the UK.
From 2021-2024, Urban presented 'The Show with Urban & Michelle' until it finished after four very successful seasons.
